Sunday morning paper with coffee and then off to make Migas...saute diced jalapenos, tomatoes and onion in a little bacon grease. Once tender, add a few eggs and cook, while cooking add a few fresh corn tortillas cut into strips. Mix in some shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top and dig in! Ole'

i could p.c.. the Western Omelet... we do Pancakes on Saturday, so the French Toast could experience redundant. honestly, this morning I made Breakfast Burritos... Western Omelets in a wrap because it have been :P
