No, it is up to us to enforce our own immigration laws, not Mexico.

Probably for the same reason the Mexican government can't sue the United States for stealing California and most of the Southwest from them in 1848.

Get real. If people in the USA didn't want to employ cheap Mexican labor, there would be no one coming across the border and there would be no concerns about educating their kids. But, with both partners in the average American marriage working full time to make ends meet (what with wages essentially having been frozen for the past 35 years and house prices going out of sight over that period), what would they do without the illegal gardener and the illegal nanny to tend to the house and the kids while they're off working their 10-hour days?

If you want to know the ultimate cause of illegal migration, look no farther than the greedy corporations and their kissass toadies in the federal governments of both the USA and Mexico. In this country, I'm talking both Democrats and Republicans. All take handouts from corporate America. The elite in both countries have a vested interest in keeping salaries low and investment income high.

I'd have to agree with elcomputo, Emily, and mild_irritant, but add the education should be in Spanish. Perhaps we could bill and deduct from the loans and on the way influence free public education in Mexico. Education and betterment is one of the issues that brings many to this country, besides doing the hard work Americans won't do and begrudge paying fair wages and benefits for.

i actually think of that few of the unlawful extraterrestrial beings are marching whilst in comparison with the lawful citizens who're of Mexican good. Ditto on the "we could desire to give up the immigration bill from passing or we are screwed."

School in Mexico is not free. So they expect anyone who goes to school pays for it. They think Americans are stupid for footing the bill for kids to get an education.
They think that is our problem you send them to school and then they don't want to work in the fields 12 hour days for $2.

Perhaps because since the start of the Iraq war, the U.S. Government (the Bush Administration) has been BORROWING money from the government of Mexico.

Kind of hard to send a bill to people you owe money to.

Do your homework.

Because if the US government knew who these people were, then they'd be able to send them back. That's the problem - finding who's illegal.

Or better yet...why don't we enforce our borders and deport the illegal aliens.

But that would be FAR too much to ask of our politicians.

Why, I have no kids but pay taxes for the education of those who do.

Why pick on Mexicans, and who paid for your education? (subsidized by people like me)
