How many colors does each raindrop contribute to a rainbow?

Each raindrop refracts all the colors as sunlight passes into the raindrop. These colors are then reflected off the back of the raindrop to our eye. No two people ever see the same rainbow because they are viewing it from a slightly different angle so they see colors reflected from a different set of raindrops.

All of the colors in the Rainbow. As the visible light(electromagnetic radiation) passes through the rain drop(s), it is refracted or broken up in to all of the colors of visible light. and is reflected behind the rain drop(s) that the light is entering in to our eye.

That's how we see a rainbow!

All of them, the light refracts through the water which acts as a prism. You get just as many colors from a single drop as you do from a whole rainstorm, you just get a larger amount of the colors from the storm.
