if its a 4cylinder and not a eletric fuel pump then you might have the fuel lines crossed or the arm of the fuel pump is not riding on it cam Properly.

yes, check engine fuse box - make sure battery is good-lights go on? won't start at all? try to start it with a booster
make sure you getting gas into engine? ignition coil ? have these checked.. if you have enough --yes look for relay make sure functioning as well. clean fuel filter? must check it?
hope you can start it--i have a passport my a/c and blower not working ? i am trying to find out why? stay well

Uhhh....It could.

Could be a blown fuse too.
OR inertia switch, or bad ground, or bad bad replacement pump, or loose wire, or bad connection, or.........

you mean you dident check that first, sounds like you need to find a real mechanic
