In the Bible everything is happening that was predicted in the Old and New Testament. Everything has taken place in the profecy, so explain why or why not it is believable at all. What makes Muslim religion, Buddist, or even Christian religion real?

Oh yes it is coming. As for believing, it is a faith issue. People without that won't believe it when they see it with their own eyes.

The Second Coming will happen, but we won't know it's coming "like a thief in the night", but we can't tell by what's happening here, now. It's all happened before and people thought that the time was close. And so, we must always be prepared.

A person's belief is what makes his or her religion real. The Bible says a lot about the importance of faith, and that's why.

What makes a religion real?

That's easy . . . people believe in it -- if you believe something, it's real (at least . . . to you).

It's in determining which is right, or why we have religion, at all, that things get complicated.

My favorite response is from Tylor -- an anthropologist who studied religion in third-world cultures . . . he states that religion is a method for explaining things we find to be otherwise unexplicable.

Makes sense. . . huh?

Well, to some -- at least.

Do I think there's going to be a second coming of Christ?

Honestly, I don't know. I don't personally believe the Christian faith, in its' entirety . . . I think too many people have been involved, and it's been around a little too long -- to not take with a grain of salt.

The same goes, though, for Taoism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism. . . .

I don't know that any one religion is right or wrong . . . just -- different.

They all have the same basic messages -- and that's what I focus on.

It is unfortunate that so few of the Bible translations translate the word in Matt 24 'parousia' as presence; instead, they translate it as coming.

Perhaps this is why you are asking and so many may be confused?

Matt 24 shows that Christ's presence is indicated by a variety of signs. Christ gave signs to indicate this because it was to be invisible. Both the signs and the wording
---------
Matthew 24:23-28 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is the Christ, or, Here; believe (1) it not.(1) Or him ) 24For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. 25Behold, I have told you beforehand. 26If therefore they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the wilderness; go not forth: Behold, he is in the inner chambers; believe (1) it not.(1) Or them ) 27For as the lightning cometh forth from the east, and is seen even unto the west; so shall be the (1) coming of the Son of man.(1 Gr presence ) (ASV)
-------

From this we understand that part of the sign is the preponderance of Christian denominations / sects / groups that claim to be having the true Christ. Clearly, this is referring to our days. Since the 1830-50 the increase in denominations and their splinter groups has not ceased to increase.

Also, Christ showed that his presence was going to be widespread and felt over large areas just as the lightning is seen over an extended area.

We are talking about now. Christ is present and the global witnessing work of bearing witness to Christ and his God is being done. (Matt 24:14)
----------
His presence was not in kingdom power, but with authority over Satan, and as highpriest that came to inspect and set in order his Father, Jehovah's temple.

His coming and his revelation is going to be with payback for all, evil, righteous, faithful, etc. All shall get what they deserve. Here he comes as King with the Saints to harvest the faithful and burn the chaff.

It is confirmed that Christ will return whose soul was lifted at the time when people wanted to kill him. Christ prayed to God to help him to save him from disbelievers. God listened to him and lift his soul up without any pain to him.

There is no clue about buddist religion but Christianity and Muslims upon whom God sent his Messengers to show them the right path. And this is the proove of these two religion being real.

The Muslims, believe undoubtedly and without any questions what Allah says in the Holy Quran and so believe in other books decended by Allah and the teachings of HIS Prophets. We must believe in what Allah says, as HE is the creator of the Universe and the most powerful and has no comparison.

Absolutely Christ will come again.

What makes it real ... Well I believe in the Sun. Not because I can see the Sun, but because I can see all that it touches. I believe in the wind, not because I can feel it whip by me but because I can smell the fragrance it carries by. I believe in God not because I can read about it but because of my sense that feels his presence all around me in what I see, smell, hear, touch, and taste.

It's all based on faith. My faith believes that yes someday Jesus will come back a second time. Is it soon? Who knows for sure. The other religions are based on their faith. Without faith, religion is pretty much hard to grasp as it seems illogical.
