First you toast the bun, put in on the wrapper, 1 squirt of mustard, 1 squirt of ketchup (Always mustard first) a dab of diced onions, 2 pickles first slice of cheese, first meat patty, 2nd slice of cheese and then 2nd meat patty. Put bottom bun on and wrap and serve.

start with the heel. put it on the paper. put the first pattie of whatever it is they use on the bun (slightly off center). next put a piece of cheese on it (again off center from the meat and bun). then the next piece of alleged meat ( this one has to be hanging off a little too) then more off centered cheese ( a little on the paper wrap looks good) then spray some ketchup and mustard on top making sure to get at least 40% on the paper to be later stuck to the out side of the bun so it gets on your hands. then find 2 or 3 of the smallest pickles you can find and, standing about ten feet from the prep staion, toss the pickles towards the sandwich. before the pickles hit the counter toss on the top of the bun wrap the paper around in slam dunk it in a bag (if its to go) and presto a double cheese burger
