some times, usually at night, i hear a voice that calls my name, and i wake up, some times is male, some times female, does this mean anything. i live by my self so...

It is usually related to UFO and abduction activity. Does the voice ever have a metallic sound to it? Do you ever wake up upside down, or with your cloths on backwards? I've read alot of stories and the voice calling your name while sleeping comes up alot in ufo fokelore.

It could just be in your dreams. You could set up a tape recorder at night to record if someone is actually calling you. If you play it back, and there is nothing, then no one was really calling you. However, if you play it back and someone is calling your name - that would really be freaky! It could be you talking in your sleep though, and that is waking you up as well.

I hear this as well, but it's just your imagination playing tricks on you. Sometimes if your conscious has even the slightest bit of paranoia which you might not always be able to feel, your mind will make up things.
