When my grandma said (to my mom) "she's going to be beautiful" ..that really meant alot to me..my mom just told me that like last week and my grandma passed away 6 years ago

I dealt with a girl who had a horrible home life as a policeman. She was in trouble with the law and she just had a lot of problems.
I got a call after I retired and she had left a message wanting to meet me. I met her for lunch, she had just gotten back from Iraq and was working fulltime now out of the Army and was getting married. She said even though I had to do my job, I was always decent and she knew I cared. She said she wanted to thank me and that I had made a difference in her life.
Man, I walked tall after that and felt really good. Sometimes I felt like it was pointless for 21 years, but now I think about things like that and it is great that I had the privilege of being a policeman (I know it sounds corny).

All the people who used to tease me when I was fat when I was young kid, were the best things anyone has said about me. I used to hate it. but they were the best quotes since those quotes made me think on to taking up exercise, because of which I am a fit person now. And I just love it.

That I'm a good mother. I think that is the best thing anyone could ever say to me because it means so much to me. Another would be that I'm such a good friend. Once someone has confided in me, it'll be with me forever.
