Just some quiet time, sitting on my porch with my thoughts, well it keeps me grounded. Recharges my batteries, you know? After a bit of this, I can take on the challenges of daily life. Without it, I'd be a basketcase.

Occasionally? oh HELL yeah.... the pace of life and the tribulations that occur make me the proverbial bull in the china shop. But even a bull has to wander around in a daze.

Always. Especially when my 11 and 6 year old sons are both asking for things at the same time, usually yelling loudly, with my 9 month old daughter screaming for a bottle at the same time. I just block my ears and say WAAAAIIIITT!!!

You bet !! When I was young, I would take the car and go for a long drive,,,then in my middlin' years I'd go for a walk in the woods...now in my senior years I relax in an easy chair and just close my eyes for a while ( no, not nap,,that is a separate thing)...

I have before but not lately. I seem to have too much time to think....then I over think things...ya know weighing the pros and the cons till I sometimes can't make a decision. I hate that....hehe =)

I would say that would be the case for me in very rare circumstances as when I do stop to think that it just hurts too damn bad. I'm not being emotional here. . . .I'm saying I get a headach. It hurts to think.
