What is the smaller resovoir next to the thing where you put in brake fluid? it says it only takes dot3 dot 4 brake fluid but why is there two places to put in brake fluid? my smaller resovoir empty is it suppsoed to be empty? is this why its causing my clutch to remain on the floor?

IT IS A RES. FOR YER HYDRAULIC CLUTCH, TOP IT OFF PUMP IT UP IF IT STILL DOESNT WORK YOU WILL HAVE TO BLEED THE SLAVE CYL. THAT CAN BE HARD FOR SOME IT IS SIMPLE

if the second reservoir is not connected to or apart of the first and since your clutch remains on the floor, it is most like that the small reservoir is for your clutch, you probably have an hydraulic clutch and both do take break fluid. No the smaller reservoir isn't suppose to be dry.

That is your clutch master cylinder. Yes that is why your clutch is on the floor.
