What is the only subsance on this earth harder than diamonds?

A relatively new, synthetic material called 'aggregated diamond nanorods'. Which, while harder than diamonds, is actually made out of diamonds itself.

Incidentally, several other materials are being developed which are harder than diamond - most based on carbon nanotubes - and none of them occurring naturally.
