Its no the same as talking about boobs, because they are can be made larger with surgery. Women shouldn't care about the size, its how good the love making is. When it comes to that sometimes shorter is better.

I tend to think that when men "boast" about how big, they are insecure. The ones that tease of it being extra small, have no problems with their 'manhood' so to speak. But the general thing is they are trying to attract someone strictly on a sexual basis. Unfortunately those particular men don't know how to use what they have.

A man's penis is what makes him "A Man." The bigger it is, it makes the man feel like the Alpha Male, the top man, etc. Its mostly psychological. For example, women care about the size of their breasts, right? If you were flat, wouldn't you be concerned?
