Past life regression therapy, (also known as “past life therapy,” or “regression therapy”), is based upon the premise that we are eternal beings who carry forward learning and experiences from one human lifetime to another. As eternal souls, we experience physical life on Earth in a series of human bodies/personalities. On a soul level, we choose each life as a means of learning the lessons we have set out for ourselves. Of course, some people believe we only live one human lifetime. In this case, the stories elicited by this therapeutic approach serve as marvelous symbolic metaphors for the issues and situations being faced in the present time. check the links there is more information;

I've not heard of a website which is able to tune in on a person. Think about it, your computer cannot connect with or affect your soul in any way, as they exist on different planes. If you are interested in researching past lives, you can look up Akashik readings/The Book of Life. There are most likely people in your are who can help you find out more. The generally accepted fee is typically the same as seeing a Therapist.

I hate to be a party pooper, but what makes you think past lives/reincarnation is even a possibility? The only people who claim that reincarnation is real have no evidence. They can't explain the mechanics of it either.
What makes you/them think reincarnation is real?
What makes it possible?
What is the governing force?
How are out spirits organized?
Why do people believe in this without any reason, beyond a need for a warm-and-fuzzy need to make order of the universe?

Take a 50 year old phone book, open at random. That is as good as you'll ever get.
