Is my hymen broken?

I am a virgin but I masturbate and use tampons. I stuck the end of a toothbrush inside me while masturbating and I was able to get it in pretty deep without any pain. Does this mean my hymen has already broken? Even if my hymen has broken, does this mean there will be no pain the first time I have sex? How far inside the vagina is the hymen?

You definitely want to stop using toothbrushes. When my fingers stopped working I just went on and got some. It sounds like you are really close to that point. Maybe you have even surpassed it. Sweetie just keepin' it real. Don't hurt yourself.

Good advice, you really should only stick clean items, made for the vagina, into your vagina. You can get some pretty serious infections, especially from oral bacteria and fungus if you use a toothbrush.

If your hymen was broken, odds are there would have been bleeding, as in a period. Also, If you are using tampons, and masturbating, than I assume you have had your period, than your hymen is broken, as it is the tissue that folds up almost blocking your cervical os, and it usually "breaks" with the first period.

It really doesn't matter if it is or not. you are a virgin until you have sex. There probably will still be some pain since you will be stretching muscles and tissues in a new way.

A penis is much larger than a toothbrush, so it will hurt. And, dont use toothbrushes! If you must stick something inside of yourself, use a vibrator or dildo.
