Yes it does and we should not take it lying down.

Here have a star and lets make a 50Foot Banner to march behind!

Yes- Freedom of speech means you have the right to say what you want, lie or not. The part people get caught up in, is that the freedom of speech does NOT mean you don't have to take responsibility for what you say. All of our actions have consequences, as they should. I have the right to tell you a lie- whatever the consequences of that lie are, I have to accept. Therefor, you should always think before you speak- you have the right to say whatever it is- but do you want to take the fall-out from it?

No. The amendment restricts the government from making laws that restrict free speech or controls content ("fairness doctrine" is clearly in violation). Yahoo is not a government agency, and it can set standards, just as a business or church can. If you wish to restrict your children from cussing, you still can do that in your own home without "violating" their free speech rights . . . although I think the ACLU will probably change this soon, too.

The idea of freedom of speech is over-rated. But do keep in mind that freedoms are taken away from those who violate the rights of others.

yes it does but u know sometimes , someone has too. Personally myself, i don't want ?s with all kinds of F words in them and graphic sexual content. This is suppose to be a family oriented program, isn't it. I also think they should put a lid on the bad music that they allow to come over the airwaves.

..

I'm a dullard! I don't know of any amendment.

Anyhow, we should know that teens are around in Y ! A & make ourselves sound decent, at least, outwardly or in words.

Couch your expressions with a pun & hidden meaning. Who can object to it?

What should we fight for is, to Make Y ! A an adult site with a separate one for the bottle-nipple-suckers & the other one for...!

No. It is a private site. When you post something here you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. If you don't like the terms and conditions then don't agree to them and find somewhere that suits you better.
