my heart years for something close to perfect. It years for what it should not yearn for. 3 years does my heart burn and yearn for it. It out of my reach and its never to happen yet my heart is a stubborn heart that will not give up. My heart yearns for the man that makes me smile without trying. A man that is smart and funny. My heart yearns for him because he is a wonderful person with a great heart.
My heart is an idiot for yearning for my best friend.

My heart yearns for the America I once knew. The last time I saw America, the neighborhood of the great, was when I was younger. Now, the lobbyists have taken over and bought the politicians for any opinion. We have the best politicians that money can buy which accounts for all the greed, unhappiness, poverty, outsourcing, illegal immigration, and problems in this country. When our elected officials start serving the American citizen again, then you will see a much more satisfying mindset in this country. However, I don't see this happening.

For my dear friend to make a full recovery. She has been in remission from cancer for the last 10 months, unfortunately she became really sick again recently.
My heart aches for her & her young family!
We have not been friends for long but i can honestly say i feel as though i have known her all my life, she has a way with her that puts you at ease the moment she greets you. She really is a very beautiful lady inside & out!
I pray to god each day to help her make a full recovery!

Peace, over and over and over. I just want peace. I have 2 teen boys and I am so sick and tired of he did this and he did that and I'm telling Mom. People say I will miss when they are not living with me anymore. No. I won't. I didn't miss living away from my 5 brothers and sister. I was happy to be alone for the 7 years before my maternal clock started ticking. They were dolls when they were little, but when they hit their teens...a whole different story. I am ready for peace and quiet!

Love, without love, is there really a meaning to life??? it doesn't have to be intimate, but just accepting love, and feeling you like you belong. It delivers contentment.

Fame...

To have my paintings in peoples' homes. To have my songs on their stereos and in their heads. To be a household name. To express myself and share that expression with the world and have it appreciated. That would be the ultimate joy.

So far only sold a couple of paintings, played songs in local bar and been on local radio...
