doesnt smoke all the time only when im going up a hill or when i take offf fast do u think its the head gasket since it doesnt do it all the time or is it the pistons

Check your coolant level, if that keeps going down then most likely a minute crack in the head gasket that only appears under stress. Check your oil also to see if it is infiltrating there

I would say a blow-en head gasket. But here is another way you can check it out on your own. Take you oil cap off and turn it up. Look at it and if looks like a milky color that is another way to tell. Also does it look like there is oil in your radiator.

you try to check on your valve seal, cause thats the common cause of that white smoke. if youre piston rings are already worn out you cant drive fast. or try to shake the pistons when your cyl. head is taken off the engine,if it has a big clearance you might have a worn rings. but i think its the valve seal. anyway, when was your last change oil? this is also a cause for that.

It depends on the color of the smoke.
Black = too much gas, or not enough air.
Blue = oil burning. (Seals, rings, or valve stems worn.)
White = coolant (head gasket, intake gasket or cracked head)

keep an eye on the coolant level. if it doesn't use any coolant, then it is probally a sensor that is bad, making the fuel mix rich. if it is using coolant, then it is probally a head problem.

I vote on the headgasket to be leaking.
