I am going to assume that you mean Canada, not canadian. And neither Oklahoma city or Tulsa is anywhere close to the canadian border. Some of the cities close to the canadian borders include Buffalo NY, Detroit MI, Seattle WA. There may be others, but these are the ones I have travelled through on my way to Canada. Canada is huge and where to stay really depends on what part of Canada you are planning on visiting. I suggest Vancover, Toronto, and Niagra Falls.

Where is Canadian? I know a place called Canada where I live. Places to stay in Canada are any large City will have good accommodations.

Yeah, you need to say which part of Canada you're going to visit. British Columbia? Quebec? Calgary?
And it doesn't matter which airport is closer - which one will provide you the best flight, in terms of cost, lay-overs, and schedules?
