Fires would burn a lot faster and be a lot harder to put out.
Animals would tend to get a lot larger especially insects, since the oxygen diffusion is what limit their current size.
On the other hand, athletes may not have so much an advantage in taking drugs, and everyone would enjoy better VO2max.
But more oxidizer may mean more free radicals in the human body and perhaps more cancer and shorter lifespan.

We always dream very well!
Nature has made ideal conditions for life to exist here. Everything is so well balanced for the life to be supported here.
So all that we need to do is just to protect what is ideal here and not what is ideal for a Jupiter or Saturn or some other earth somewhere else extra-solar.
Perhaps, one option with more O2 here might have resulted in a very strong shield of ozone formation. It is just a possibility. Not a dream either or an imagination.

Everything remotely flammable would self-ignite (burn). Oxygen is a very reactive element since it is the second most electronegative element (after fluorine) and since it has a -2 valence.
