I'm 17 years old and I'm very self conscious of my breast size. I would say I almost have a D cup (i don't wear cup bras, just sports bras) I'm short, only about 4'11 and they make me feel fat/look fatter than I am. They don't fit my body size. They limit me in what I can do, like play sports and just act like a normal teenage girl. My mom (with whom I share the same body type with) says that I'll be glad I have them one day....but I've been with them for over 5 years and I don't see me getting happy with them any time soon.
Are there any specific exercises that I can do to reduce the size of them?

Note to any guys....I know a lot of guys like them but what's the point if I don't like them? You try putting them on for a day, but what am I saying, you'd probably just sit there and play with them all day haha ;)

You could try getting a proper bra, that minimizes how it looks. I worked in a lingerie boutique and for customers who come in looking for minimizers, I recommend them something without thick padding. Get a wired bra as well, as you have volume, and you wouldn't want it to sag. It also depends on the shirt that you wear, if you wear something lose there could be a chance that it looks smaller.

Since you like wearing sports bra, you might want to get something that holds your breasts to your body. Make sure you get the right size too. Maybe you could go to a store and get them to measure you and then from there you could get the right bra. Always put on shirt after you try on your bra as they could look different with and without a shirt. After getting your breasts measured, take note that each and every design of a bra has different cutting, even though they are under the same brand. Try Maidenform, they are very comfortable and lasts for years. It's also common to have one side of our breasts to be bigger than the other, so always remember to get a bra that fits the bigger one. Take care of the bigger one and for the smaller side you could just use extra padding to even them up.

Oh, and remember hand-wash your bras, and leave them in a good ventilation area in your home. NEVER leave them out in the sun, and DON'T soak them overnight. Good Luck!

Well your mom is definitely wrong. I had big breasts too and it got so bad I had a breast reduction (covered 100% by insurance) and I feel 100% better.

Working out and losing weight MAY decrease your breast size, it just depends on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts. If its more fatty, you'll lose, if its more dense, you won't.
