how do you count the pregenancy lunar moons when when month has 2 moons instead of 1

Counting is not accurate because you do not definitely know the date of ovulation, hence the actual date of fertilization is unknown. Average human gestational length is 266 days after last ovulation. Factor that in your lunar count.

The moon has no effect, I repeat, NO EFFECT on human pregnancy, unless you are somehow relying on oceanic tides to become pregnant, which is just ridiculous.

It is only by coincidence that the timescale of the average human menstrual cycle is close to the period of the moon's orbit, as viewed from Earth. They have no causal relationship at all.
