For people who say they are the same: if they are the same, can I use the terms interchangeably?

They are different.
Belief is an operating system, a way of interpreting the world.
Facts are information, or data.
Truth is the reality that compels us to confront the interaction of beliefs and facts.

I think that they can be determined as both, similar and different depending on the way you look at them. They could all be distinguished as similar because they are all ways of of interpreting the enviroment around us and the perspective that we use to look at the world.
At the same time they are very different.
Belief is the way a person lives life with trust and faith in something beyond all knowlegde and proof.
Facts are detailed information given to people for future reference of the past, usually obtained in school.
Truth is associated with fact, they walk hand in hand wityh each other although truth is the opposite of Lie, so technically truth is just the way we see things, becasue we can't be taught tyhe truth in school, it's like a sixth sense, can't be taught, can't be obtained through prayer. truth is an impulse for people to know facts and to seperate true beliefs from false belfiefs. Truth is one of the most important things that humans have between themselves becasue without Truth, we would be living a bunch of lies.

Well, that depends on what system of "facts or truth" you believe in; the world way or Gods way of thinking. Example, the world way believe that you must "see it to believe it". God way is, you must live by faith. Base on God words what you don't see is more real than what you do see and his word is the finial truth of all.

This level of understanding will not come to all people but at the same time its available to all. If you spend quality time with God in prayer, trusting him, researching and yes alot of reading his word you will understand the difference between facts and truths.

God will also ways meet us at our level and freely give has love to bless us. I hope that I answered your question.

They are the same.

Each are items of information that we accept, or hold to be true even in the face of conflicting evidence.
