hairspray takes pen out of clothes ,spray on the mark then pop in washing machine,you cannot pop it in the washing machine,but try spraying it on the mark,then use a clean cloth to wipe off,,worth a try
ps be careful,might make floor a bit slippy

try a product called "goof-off." It comes in a small plastic bottle and is typically used for removing sticky residue but also works on a number of other problems. I"m sure your local hardware store will have it.

If all else fails, bar of LAVA soap. Remember this will remove the shine off floor, too. Works great to remove yellow mustard or koolaid from counters.

hi , i can say that hairspray and damp cloth takes of biro marks from my leather sofa, (dont rub too hard or take leather surface off) so it may work on lino, never know , good luck
