It is not legal abandonment until 7 years. Several days is not abandonment.
My question to you, however, is why would you put up with him being gone several days with his lover? No one should have to put up with that. Also, how often does he do that?

Number one I don't have a husband and why would it matter if he left YOU for several days with a lover? If you're going to post on an english speaking board you need to learn how to post in english. Your question is extremely confusing...you are asking about MY husband leaving YOU, makes no sense at all.

Why not call a lawyer that offers a free consultation and ask them or call your local courthouse and ask.

Change the locks and move his stuff out. That way he has no reason to come back, and YES that is abandoment
