my answer also comes out to long

or (10ab*7c^3d^4)/(c^3d*15ab^3)
or(70abc^3d^4/15ab^3c^3d)
(14*3^-1)*(b^-2.d^3)

Just invert the second number and multiply:
(10ab/c^3d)(7c^3d^4/15ab^3) = 2d^3/3b^2

Division is really multiplication so just take the second part and flip it then cancel the like terms and multiply
