The five second rule only applies if the food dropped is WET. Cupcakes are considered DRY unless the filling gets busted open, THEN the five second rule applies. C'mon people... ya need to read the manuel. heheh. It's the law of the jungle.
and btw... hair is rich in protien.

anything I drop on the floor, I do not have time to pick it. One of my dogs beat me to it. I guess fair game when something drops on floor.

The hair on it cancels out the 3 second rule. If there's any debris on it, you can't eat it.

depends on where the hair is from...... If its yours, the 5 second rule applies.... pull the hair off, and enjoy it.... if it is someone else's, toss the cupcake and the hair, in the trash....

This depends on how the cupcake landed. If it was frosting side down, you may scrape the frosting off and eat the cake. If it was cake side down, brush it off and enjoy!

eat it...depends on what type of hair tho...where y'all from where you have a five hr rule...thats nasty...were im from its ten second rule...even thats just a tad nasty.x.
