Can i keep an oscar in this tank : http://www.juwel-aquarium.de/en/rio.htm (juwel Rio 180, 180 litres) it has built in filteration, I also want to add a canister fileter(By fluval) what sizze would you recomend?

That's really too small for an adult Oscar. It would be ok for about a year, but once he hit 6" or so it would be too small. Something more the size of a 250 liter would be better for an adult Oscar.

for only alittle while.

That is only around 58 us gallons, oscars will need 75 gallons at least.

while the filter is good, you will need a larger tank.

for sure, but i would say it has to be atleast 55 gallons.
