What is the best product to clean the plastic molding on the bottem of a Mini Van?

The molding arouond the bottem of our Mini Van has become weathered and dull. The bumpers are looking bad as well. Is there a product out there that will clean them.

clean it with soap & water, then get a bottle of Westley's Black Magic or something similar. makes it look great.
