No , neither by driving a car or piloting an airpaline. However ,we have no data on any one that got inoxicated while sailing thru space as a Cosmonaut. I assume that the beer being weightless has no effect on their weight.
To determine the effect of weightless alcohol on the brain remains as a biological experiment.
On Earth the effect of excess of alcohol in the Human body can be very detrimental and alcohol poisoning can cause instant death. And if one survives, the brain would remain pickled forever.
