I like dogs more put they need more caring for because they need walking grooming training that kind of thing

I love both but, mostly dogs. Why? They are WAY more loyal than cats. Trust me, I had a cat and then, when I stopped feeding her for like a day...she ran away!!! Cats only want food and loving, but, when you stop or, don't want to...they'll run away!!! But, dogs...they will stay with you untill either you give them away (they'll even try to go back to you!) or if you die!
Dogs are not easier to "clean up after" if you know what I mean. Well, unless he is an outside dog, and you can keep him in a cozy doggyhouse and visit him all the time. My dog is an outside dog and he still loves me. Some people say that if you make your dog and outside dog then, he won't love you as much. DON'T LISTEN TO THAT!!! If you get a dog, he'll love you no matter what!!!
Dogs do tricks!!! I had a cat and I have a dog. But, at one time I had both. So, I went to my cat one day and she was laying on my bed, sleeping. I sat on my bed next to her and started playing with her and waking her up (we played like that all the time) then all of a sudden she started scratching me and freaking me out! So, I walked away, mad, and went to my dog. He jumped up and started wagging his tail, glad that I was going to play with him. I taught him how to shake my hand, sit, lay down, and fetch. Cats are boring!!!
Also, cats are lazier than dogs. Dogs are almost always active but, cats, they sleep all the time!!!

totally dogs! their more fun and most people are elergic to cats not dogs. dogs have cool varitys and dogs are nicer to people usually. like when i was 4 a cat scratched me because i picked it up and i got a bad elergic reaction and was in the hospital for 2 days. so dogs definatly! if you want a good idea i like jack russel terriers (i own one) a snoddle, laberador, or a retreveir.

I like Cats more
Why: Because i have always had pets and most of them were cats and i fell in love with them
i have two cats and one dog but i like my cats better my oldest cat is very active and thin and very smartical she kills but i still love her and her family of cats i have a one year old cat and she follows me every where but she is still crazy she jumps and runs away if u drop a pencil!!

It depends on your personality. If you are mellow and don't wan't a HUGE responsibilty, someone you can take a nap with; get a cat. If you're energetic and want a companion to play with and race with, get a dog.
Personally, I LOVE dogs :)

I'd have to say cat. They're way more independent, and don't want/need attention 24/7. They're so beautiful, and sultry. With cats, you have to earn their trust, and when you finally do, it's the best. It reminds you not to harm them so you won't have to earn their trust again. Also, I love cat's purring. It's just so soothing!!

i like more dogs because are super playful cool nice active they are a good way to lose weight i like cats but not to own one because tey always want you to be touching them
