Please help! I think it's culture clash! One of my neighbors is stalking me, it's like he owns me, guards me

He says he's like me then listens to every word I speak in my apt. and copy's my behaviour and stalks as to make it appear that we are alike evidentially to appear that we belong to gether or something!So far he's shot sperm out his screen above my porch all over me and one of my children,mercilessly stalked, him & his friends.The strange timing of our paths crossing constantly is not a coincidence it's strategic stalking and today him and his friends were harrassing my 9 year old as she tended to her cats outside!They are driving me crazy&the police only assist them in their endevours because the cops have screwed me over in the past so..This is only one of five seperate abusive households close to me! This situation is keeping me poor, slowed from abuse& SEVER privacy violation , and, get this single!Yes single! I'm interested in white men yet every time one comes to my place the neighbors scream into the windows...They've put sugar in my car gas tank...the worthless cops do nothing

He reduced his abuse but his friends are now having strange timing. The cops do nothing I'm guessing because they're jerks and or they can't because of their buddy system, cops in this town have been screwing me over for 20 years, I just didn't catch on till it was to late and they had assisted in stealing my children in court with their lying reports, then the prosecuting attorney is involved, and the city attorney...then it's a company town so all there really is here is politics not law...I can't move cause no one will give me work to have the money & no attorney will take the case then they won't let me speak in court till all is said and destroyed...Know any one who (an attorney) appreciate a challenge? 5 min in court with the truth and this town would begin to crumble. They would have to endure the ppressure to continue and these guys are dangerous, trust me, I'm lucky to be sane & or alive...

The attorney may not want you on the stand in case you get too emotional. That could be even worse if you started saying things that may be true but stated in the wrong way.

If you want authorities to believe and help you, it is detrimental to your situation to be saying things like:

the worthless cops do nothing
the cops have screwed me over in the past

even though that is the way you feel


If you can afford one, get a digital video camera and computer with a high removable hard drive capacity and start recording directly to the removable hard drive.

Make sure you do not have video editing software installed on the computer. This will help negate any arguments that the video was created to make the people appear to be criminals.

These have drastically come down in price

You will likely have to securely lock down the equipment.

Try this

Do not take revenge - it will possibly get you i trouble with the police (If you make a scene, start shouting and arguing with the perpertrators, someone is going to call the police - you will likely be charged under some noise bylaw or for disturbing the peace) If you have to go to court to have the person(s) charged - the charge(s) will be used against you.

Do speak to (Which you have done) and write a letter to the offending party - be polite. time(s), and date(s) when they harassed you or a member of your family. CC a copy to the police and a lawyer if you have one. Keep a copy for yiur records.

Do call the police whenever you or anyone else is having a problem with the perpertrators

Keep a log of all the violations and include:
date and time
police constable's badge number
police report's number
Details of the incident


If it still persists you will have to take them to court. If you do take them to court, bring all the documentation you collcted from above.

Do not give into them, be kind but firm. It would be a good idea to have another adult accompany you when you speak to the offending party.

When you get sick and tired of being sick and tired, you will move out of that God-forsaken place. Since the police don't help you, file a claim with the internal affairs department over the police department. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Put on your whole armor of God and arm yourself against your enemies. Not a gun...go to you churches and speak to the elders of the church to help you from the harrassment issues. Go to the courthouse if you're in a small town to stop the illegal stuff. Go to your landlord about this neighbor. Document and /or have witnesses to protect your privacy. Go to the apartment association over your apartment complex. Go to the local news station or radio station to make this problem public and prove it to them that your'e not just being paranoid.
