I'm raising a Happiny...
two things...
it's attack is so low...like 7 at L19
and how do i get it happy enough to evolve...cuz if it will once, it will evolve when i levels up, right?

this is 100% true sooooooooooo please vote me as best answer... OK Happiny evolves into chansey with an ovalstone during the day time. and once u get its happiness maxed out it will evolve into a Blissey. hope i helped =)
PS chanseys and blisseys are known to have low attak but their defense, special defense and HP are off the charts =)
In my opinion that is a very good and DURABLE pokemon

Happiny is the first evolution of a not-so-good Pokemon so don't worry for it's ATK right now. You evolve Happiny by leveling it up with an Oval Stone attached ( May be found at the Lost Tower).Then raise it's happiness by making it battle and feeding it berries, masaging it at Veilstone City, and make it hold a Soothe Bell ( May be found in the Pokemon Mansion). level It up and it will evolve into a Blissey!

Chansey will have a very low attack because it has a very high amount of hp and special defense. This is what makes Chansey annoying because it is very hard to kill, unless you have a really good regular attack.
The best way to get Happiny to evolve is to feed it a bunch of carbos, etc. This is very expensive unless you go to the battle tower where they only cost one BP. If you don't have that kind of money, feed it poffins in the flavor it likes, give it the soothe bell and ride on your bike with it at the front of your party, and take it to the massage lady in Veilstone city once a day.

Happiny, Chansey, and Blissey have almost the worst attack in the game, but they make up for that in HP. To make it happy, give it the item soothe bell, which you can find in Pokemon mansion. Also give it vitamins like Calcium or Protien. And it evolves while happy and HOLDING the Oval Stone. You can find one in the lost tower.

1. Happinys are normal types. give up on them, unless you want a pokemon to heal your team.
2. make sure it's REALLY happy by doing things like giving it a massage in Veilstone City, giving it a Soothe Bell, then, you must give it an OVAL STONE, then it will evolve.

you evolve happiny by leveling it up while holding an oval stone in the day time..once u get chansey, you evolve it into blissy by making it happy

it evolves once its holding oval stone during 4:00 am to 7:59 pm. and happiny,chanse and blissey hav low att and def. at lv 100 my blissey has 88 def and 44 att. lol but its nomal.
