See I did it (some how) and i forgot how to and my friend really wants to know how she can go in side the cave cuz there's a guy who is standing in front of the cave!! How can you move the man n go in??

You can only enter after u beat the league once, but I suggest you bring lv 65-70 pokemon since the wild pokemon like Electrode, Golbat, Wobbofeet, Magneton are all above 55 in the first levels and get stronger deeper in the caves. Also bring a lot of balls since it'll be pretty hard to catch mewto.
Note: Don't use the Master Ball, I suggest you save it for the Legendary Dog.

You have to beat the Elite 4 first, then fix the machine on the 1st Island for Celio (and all that goes with it like helping one of the E4 with a battle, finding the Ruby and Sapphire, chasing scientists, etc.), then you can gain entrance into the Cerulean Cave. Basically finishing up the story mode is what you need to do to get the guy to move out of the way so you can go after Mewtwo...but there's a bit to do. If you get stuck go look on supercheats.com for a walkthrough on the Sevii Islands part of the game (under the FireRed or LeafGreen section) and that should help you completely. It's not hard to do, just a few different tasks on a few islands and then you can go for it.

Well first of all you need to make sure that you've beaten the elite four. Then after that you need to do the sevii islands quest which you can take by sailing to one, two, and three islands from vermillion city.
I believe you need to talk to the guy working on the big machine in the pokemon center on isle 1 and that will start your quest. What you will do depends on whether you accepted Bill's offer to go to those islands on Cinnabar Island. Basically you are trying to get the ruby and sapphire items which allow you to trade to pokemon ruby, sapphire, and emerald

u need 2 beat the pokemon leage i know in blue and red u can just go in but in this game u must wait

its easy all u have to do is finush everything in the game like go to the islands and complete all that actually its really hard.....but i got mewtwo and hes the **** =D

i dont think u have to beat the elite four, because i beat the elite four on my fire red and it still wouldn't let me go in. you might have to find the blue and red shard things to go in the machine at one island.
