i have my email on, IM on and all my questions and answers can be seen by everyone (except my two blocked users)
i never understood why people have there Q+A's on private or there email/IM off, i like getting emails from people on here!!
what settings do you have and why have you set them like that?

My e-mails are on, my 360 is set to private, and I don't allow IM, as I don't like people/strangers trying to chat to me, whilst I'm on here! I have over 50 blocked users, I allow fans, but at my discretion! My questions and answers are set to private.... I think after being suspended twice, and reactivated twice, you can't blame me for being VERY cautious of who to trust!

My 360 and email are on, but my Q&A`s are set to private. If I was the only user on this pc I wouldn`t bother, but I`m not and I don`t want to get too many violations and then get deleted. It`s not only my account that would go, so would the other user`s.

i have my q's and a's open so people can see them, why try to hide them, this is yahoo answer, right? I do have my 360 hidden, and you can't emaill or IM me because you always get weird middle aged men trying to get in touch with me, an im not down with that.

I believe I have everything opened except my e-mail. I get e-mailed all the time. People just don't know my address. I don't have 360 or IM. I don't know to much about either.

I put mine on private when i was getting violated everyday. It's helped...a bit.
I've got my email and 360 visible though because i like to hear from nice people.

I have all my stuff on private, you never know who you're talking to! Plus any time I get an e-mail from someone I don't recognise I get rid of it anyway so it won't be much good if I did let people talk to me.

as far as i know i have it all on. but don't really do anything with my 360 account. I'm not into my self, so I'm not going to bore people. do enjoy some of the emails i get. some are very funny...Gary

My 360 can be viewed by the public
No IM, q&a can be seen, and my email is only for friends (that is to weed out the perv's!)--I only want to talk to who I want to talk to =D!

I think I have all of my settings turned on except for IM because I only use it for personal friends.
