I was sitting in my room and the lights started flickering then I heard the rain poring on the roof and a loud band of thunder. And I was thinking of going to the beach today. Yeah, Florida is so wonderful.

Hey I live in Florida too. You can go to the beach for a while when It starts to rain you go under cover for awhile(usually about 1/2 hour) Then you get right back out there.
No It isn't raining yet but I am sure it will in a couple of hours. It is Florida.
Thank god for the rain, It gets so darn hot outside, when it does rain it cools down for a while.

No it's not raining where I live it's sunny and the temperature today is going to be a very warm 96 degrees.

it quite is not raining, even nevertheless it has the ominous look that it is going to likely be quickly (Wisconsin, u . s .) i admire the way rain can cool issues down on a tortuous humid day. The sound is likewise very soothing whilst i'd desire to doze off.

It is gorgeous here in Upper Mich. Sunny. Very calm. I was going to mow the lawn today, but it's too warm. Maybe I should wait till after dinner.

Ha, i lived in Pensacola for a while, but not long enough to see that! I love thunder.
I live near Seattle right now, and it usually rains a lot but nope, not right now, it`s beautiful out!

No. I'm in MO, and we generally just have thundersteam. Otherwise, it lowers the humidity to a humanic level. (Humanic! You heard it Here first, folks!)
