some sites say PCD: 4x100 and some say PCD: 5x100.. maybe those are for how many lugs?

You can buy the universal rims that fit both 4 and 5 lug wheels

The pictures are just to show you what the wheels look like. Call or email the company and ask them it they will send the correct wheels for your car. If not, then don't buy them and get another style. good luck.
