Never heard of pimples in vj for a virgin. Sounds like nonsense to me. You can get heat rash at the top of your legs, but it will not go in your vj. Keeping bacteria out means wiping front to back, every time. You won't get any infections, except possibly a yeast infection if you're not sexually active.

A yeast infection feels burning and itchy all around and inside the vj. There's yeast all over in the air, and you could pick it up anywhere. The drs like to see you the first time this happens, but after that it's just getting a cream from the pharmacy.

The important thing is not to douche. The vj has a very balanced chemistry in it already, and if you wash that away, you leave room for one or another of the bacteria to take over and kill everybody else.

You're okay, and you'll stay okay. Visit your gyn before you become active so she can help you out with contraception decisions. And if you want him to keep his infections, bacteria, etc. to himself, insist on a condom. Better yet, buy some yourself so he'll be sure to have one handy.

ALWAYS use 2 methods of birth control (no, pull-out doesn't work, no, rhythm doesn't work, no, we'll just fool around outside but not penetrate doesn't work).

Girls are picking up infections in their mouths these days, so practice safe sex when you're pleasuring each other orally, too.

Too, too much info, I know. Be safe.

BrutallyHonest has a very good answer. Also, if you are very sweaty or dirty, take a shower rather than a bath because sitting in the warm water with all kinds of bacteria can help your condition get worse. Also, do NOT make love in a Jacuzzi or other whirlpool, any pool, or bath. This can force bacteria up the vagina and around the vulva. If pimples are a problem, put a hot compress (a washcloth warmed in the mike is good) and keep it on for about 20 minutes 2x a day. Keep area clean. If the pimples are actually inside your vagina, do see a doc as that is a bit abnormal for a virgin. It may be due also to excessive douching. Once a month or less is quite enough.

Any place on your body that produces either oils, any type of bodily fluid, or sweat can develop an infected pore. There is nothing wrong with it; heat is a very probable culprit as heat makes you sweat.

The best thing you can do is wear ALL COTTON underwear, wear loose clothing, change out of wet/damp clothing as quickly as you can, and wash the area every day ... even twice a day if you've been sweating excessively.

While getting pimples is rare, it does happen from time to time and it's just a fact of life.

When washing yourself there use a sensitive soap or vaginal wash not regular soap or there is possability for inflamation and an abnormal pap smear where you will have to go back and get a colposcopy/biopsy done.

Just keep your vagina extra clean, and dry well. Not so it is uncomfortable dry but not a lot of moisture.
