i was pregnant with twins 1 year ago or so and lost them due to an accident. now i'm pregnant again... are my chances of having twins again greater than before? what are the chances?

I was also pregnant with twins and lost them...but I read the chances (if you have conceived twins already) is about 1 in16 of it happening again! I hope anyway

If you were pregnant with twins before I'd say that the possibility of having twins is likely.
More than one multiple birth in a family happens all the time.

It probably depends on many factors. If you used drugs to increase your chances of pregnancy then it is more probable. Twins can run in families. Also if the twins were maternal or paternal the first time. If it was two eggs then there is probably a better chance than if it were an egg that split. My guess is that the chances are slimmer than you want.
