No u will not get a disease nor an infection.... and NO i don't think u wanna get the pool all bloody red! :S simply don't swim when u're on ur period.. wait till u get it over with.... u can tan though if that makes u feel better...

Its either Tampons or a Diva/Moon cup or NO SWIMMING!
Your blood flow will go into the water you are swimming in and it is very unsanitary for that to happen. Not to mention the embarrassing of having blood run down your leg when you get out of the water.

then you don't swim. either wear a tampon, or don't swim. you won't get an infection, but where do you think the blood will go? water does stop the flow for a little bit, but you will still have some flow. stay out of the water. it's gross.

no you won't get an infection or disease...but you shouldn't not swim with a tampon because you will leave blood in the water...but pads last about 30 min. in the water before you need to change them again...so pack lots!

course you won't get a disease it would just be yucky if all the blood drips down your leg and in the pool and everything. i did it once or twice because my period used to stop on the third day then come back so i just swam then and i swam a few times when my flow was getting very light.

well i don't know how you would keep blood out of water with out tampons and they aren't good for you in my opinion.you shouldn't get infections.but you might really get cramps.depends...best just to forget it until it is over.or ask your parents or doctor.

Noo dotn worry if you use a tampon nothing is gonna happen and even if you dont nothing is gonna happen, lol but its better if you use a tamp. :)
