I assume that this is your first time cutting the pubes.

First, get a trimmer or a pair of scissors and trim/cut the pubes very close to the skin.

Second, lather up with shaving creme or turn the water on and hop into the shower. Then get your regular shaving razor and shave away.

Already so many suggestions are given above so I want add any but as the hair starts to grow again be prepared to experience discomfort with the stubby hair.

You can either shave it, which you would kind of have to hold your penis down so that you wouldn't cut youself. remember to shave up and down so that no red bumps will appear. or you could wax it yourself (no you don't need a profesional to do it for you). go to the store and buy some wax then heat it up in the microwave and wax away. remember to do one strip of wax at a time, dont cover the whole area at once. hope this helps! good luck!!
