the large numbers like 24 & 25 refer to the measurement of your actual waist. grab a tape measure put it around your waist, where you waist line indents in when you bend to side. That's your waist.

you are probably very tiny if you are a 0 or 1 in teens. most of the women's stores I see don't go below a size 26 which is equivalent of a 00 or 0. teens sizes are all the odd numbers like 5, 7, 9 etc. women's are even numbers so you might want to try 0 or 2.

if you wear side 0 or 1, i think 24 or 25 will fit. some jeans have size like 24 and up but it is the same thing as 0 or 1. i wear size 1 and i fit in size 24

wow you're teeny. try the misses or petite sizes and look for the smallest sizes they've got. you should be about a 0 in the grown up stores too. just try on the smallest sizes they've got. if they don't have anything that fits you, just stick with teen's sizes.

You try on pants. and if they fit right. thats your size.

try on 2s and 4s in misses and petites and usually, the 'womens' section is for rather large women so you porbly wont find anything there/
