Does anyone know what fish this is? I am thinking it is a dragon goby but the eyes are different although the rest of it looks similar. Really would like to know as I am suspecting it is eating up my neon tetras!

Bichir aka Polypterus senegalus. And yep, he's eating your neons. Here's some info on him:

You know already what fish it is, but NO Fish will grow to the tank size, only optically but not in the inside
Read up on this link here, it has some great info on it

As you can see you will stunt the growth of a fish

And a bichir will need a real big tank as well

Not really sure what that fish is.

I do have some advice on how to avoid fish eating other fish though. If Fish A has a mouth that is larger than Fish B, Fish A will eat Fish B in due time. There are a few exceptions with herbivore fish.
