My favorite is southpark because the humor there is more social and political. South park took comedy into new levels, they let nobody untouched, they even made mohamed as a cartoon.

I like the simpsons. In this episode it's not only the "Cyprus-splitting jerks" shout.

There are other less obvious parts of the image of the turks in the west.

Homer asked something like whether the kids will still remain Christian, bringing up the idea of the forced conversion of the christian children that was happening in the ottoman empire (because according to the goran all children are born with a natural tendency to islam).

Also the turks are putting hashish in the soup. Turk = mustache, tobacco and drugs.

The episode is not too anti turkish though, there is a happy ending with the song "Istanbul not Constantinople"

If you think that I'm telling nonsense I just wanna inform you that the certain episode was discussed by turks as an example of the image of turks in the western media and I took, the two examples that I write, by them.

Yes,Simpsons is funny and nice to watch but sometimes could be a little offensive.

EDIT : Absolutely as long as ''Bart'' isn't offended :)
