The best post pregnancy gift I ever received was food . . . my sister-in-law- order prepared food from Honey Baked ham. All I had to do was pop in the oven . . . No cooking for a week!

We always like a diaper service. It was very handy. If that's to much money, and you live near by offer to watch the kids so she could have a night, or at least some time off.

A pampering at a day spa, and if you are really into it... a few "homemade" gift certificates from you- stating you are willing to babysit for her and her hubby to have an evening/weekend away from the kids. (That helps alot too.)
