I have a tight sports bra that I like to wear because my boobs don't jiggle in it when I play soccer. But my friend said wearing something that tight can stop your boobs from growing (I'm only 13). Is that true?

NO!. Unless you are binding your breasts down 24/7 nothing is going to stop them from growing. Wearing good supportive bras is actually good. They help beat the affects of gravity when you get older.

Don't believe everything people tell you.

Tight bras do NOT prevent breast growth.

I wore tight bras and I ended up being a J cup. They did not grow bigger because I wore tight bras, and they do not prevent growth if you wear a tight bra.

When doing sports a good bra like you wear is good, but for other things wear something supportive but comfortable.

Absolutely not true. Wear your sports bra, girl!

i think sports bras make my boobs look weird, and there are several pluses to the "regular strappy" bras you can wear a shirt that shows more (back chest shoulders) they offer more support they shape your boobs to be more round while a sports bra just lets your boobs form themselves

Better use it only while playing and at other times wear snugly fitting ones.
