question about college entry?

my brother is going to college and he said that his friends are going too. some of his friends are in 3rd track. i doubt that a 3rd track student can get into college. is it true that a 3rd track student can get into college?

You don't give us a definition of "Third Track" -- so it is impossible to tell. I assume that at your sachool, the smartest kids get put in the first track, etc.

The answer is that anyone can go to college -- but some will have to go to a less prestigious college.
