I'd have to say season 1 with Austin Scarlett and Jay was my favorite. It's the original, you can't beat the original.
I admit each season had its own drama queens that made each season its own:
Season 1 had Austin and Jay and Nora
Season 2 had Andre and Nick and Santino and Daniel V
Season 3 had Alison and Kayne and Jeffrey

I really liked Season 1 a lot but I'm gonna have to say Season 2 was my favorite because it was funnier.
The whole Tim Gunn and Andrea routine about the Red Lobster still cracks me up ! That Santino was hilarious when he did his Tim Gunn impersonation. And when Tim caught him and made him repeat the whole story for him , I thought I'd bust a gut laughing.
I wish Project Runway would start ALREADY !!!
