all my pregnancy my baby has been sitting lower in my stomach, or at least most of it, and if he was high up i couldnt feel it, but now i find times where he goes up by my ribs, and i can feel it because i have less fat in my upper stomach then my lower, so i can feel it dramatically when he goes to the top and its super hard, but hes only there for a little then he goes back down to the lower part of my stomach, does this mean anything, does anybody elses baby do this, i can also feel hard parts at certain parts of my stomach, and ill be laying down watching tv, and i can just feel this thing poke the side of my stomach, and feel a lil bit of my stomach just rise up, its so funny and cute at the same time, anyone else feel that?

I'm 30 weeks and I can feel her feet in my rib area on the outside of my stomach. I poke and prod her to move, but she doesn't budge. It's cute though. Whenever I feel the hard parts I try to guess what part of her it is.

The way the baby is positioned has nothing to do with their gender, that's just an old wive's tale. Every woman carries differently, some high, some low, some deep, and some way way out. There's really no way to know until the baby comes (since you're not going to check from the doctor).

The bigger the baby becomes, the less space there is in your tummy, and the more the baby will shift into a position that may be confortable for him, but not for you. I had it happen with my son. He would dig his feet right under my ribs, and it would HURT! so I just massaged myself in that area, and he moved them. The tighter it gets for him, the more you will see his little feet and hands punching your tummy.

I am 32 weeks too and i have the same problem! Its just your baby stretching out. My baby does that on a daily basis and makes me sick (literally). Does your baby also move when you eat?? I think its so funny. Good luck and email me sometime. We have the same due date!
