Yes, I got my daughter married in court of the Marriage Officer/Registrar under section 13 of the Special Marriage Act,1955,which you call court marriage. I myself married according to religious form of marriage but got this marriage registered under section 8 of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955.

I did the whole court house thing, it was so much simpler and easier, not to mention cheaper so we can save that money towards a house or vacation.Anyway heres how it went for us
We got there around 10am (you might want to make sure you don't need an appointment we didn't anytime between 8am-5pm). We got our marriage license. Then waited about 20 minutes, the clerk came out and got us. Asked if we wanted to do it outside b/c the weather was so nice. So we went outside, they asked if we were exchanging rings, we were. Then he did a little cermony vows and all like a regular wedding *just faster lol*. He took pictures for us since it was just us two there, while we were exchanging rings and when we got to kiss.
It was really pretty nice, nicer than what I was expecting.

ok.. 3 postings of the same Q... one after another.. this is getting excessive.. if you are not getting answers, it's because many people aren't understanding your Q with the way it is phrased, or they haven't yet had a chance to respond.. so quit already.
