Let me guess the bike is running like ****, it won't return to idle or does it very slowly. It has a erratic idle?

Replace the cracked rubber carb coupler. and leave the carb alone. These bikes run outstanding when they don't have an intake leak.

First off I'd ask why do you think it needs to be re-jetted? Have you done a plug test where you take the bike on a speed run and "read" the plugs color to determine if it's rich or lean?

Once you are certain it needs jetting you would determine where in the range it needs adjustment 0-1/8 throttle is the fuel air ratio screw along with the pliot jet and 1/8 to wide open is the main jet along with needle height adjustment.

To enrich the the ratio at low speed, close the air screw in 1/8 turn steps or put in a larger pilot jet.
To enrich at running to full speed ,raise the needle or install a larger main jet.

The jets are acessed through the bottom of the carb by removing the float bowl and the needle by removing the top cover.

One size jet up or down makes a noticeable difference, but getting just the right mixture usually requires a few tries.

Contact me for a carb trouble shooting guide.
It will explain what to change to clear up certain running conditions.
The testing section will determine if the carbs even need to be adjusted.
